Regular attendance is essential for a dancer's progress, confidence, and success. We understand that illnesses, family obligations, and unexpected events happen, and we ask that families notify the studio as soon as possible whenever a dancer will be absent. Whenever possible, absences should be reported before the start of class through email or the Studio Portal.

Tuition is non-refundable for missed classes. Students with excused absences may be eligible for a make-up class when an appropriate option is available. Make-up classes are scheduled at the discretion of the studio and cannot be guaranteed due to scheduling and enrollment limitations.

Attendance is especially important for performance classes. If a dancer misses three consecutive classes, the instructor may review the dancer's progress and determine whether adjustments to choreography or performance participation are necessary. The Converge Dance Academy supports instructors in these decisions, and each situation is considered individually based on attendance, communication, preparedness, and the needs of the class.
