Investing in Your Dance Education
At The Converge Dance Academy, we believe every dancer deserves access to high-quality training in a supportive and inspiring environment. Our tuition is designed to be simple, transparent, and consistent, allowing families to easily plan and budget throughout the season. Whether you're joining us for one class a week or participating in one of our performing companies, we're committed to providing exceptional dance education and meaningful experiences throughout the year.
Class Tuition

Monthly tuition is based on class length and remains the same each month from August–June, regardless of the number of classes held during a specific month. This consistent monthly rate helps families plan ahead and budget throughout the dance season.
*Dancers enrolled in multiple classes will be charged the monthly tuition rate for each class.

Company Tuition
​Company tuition is designed to provide dancers with a consistent monthly payment throughout the season, making it easy for families to plan and budget each month. Company members receive discounted tuition on required technique classes, along with their company rehearsals, as part of their company program. Costume fees and company uniform fees are separate and will be billed independently.

Payment Information
Automatic Payments
All accounts are required to be enrolled in AutoPay. Monthly tuition will be automatically processed through the Studio Portal using the payment method on file.
Late Payments
If tuition has not been paid within 3 days of the due date, a $25 late fee will be added to the account. An additional $25 late fee will be added every 7 days thereafter until the outstanding balance has been paid in full.
Costume Rentals
Costume rental fees are due by November 1. Families are welcome to pay these fees at any time prior to the deadline. If you would like to make an early payment or arrange your payment schedule, please contact us.
Monthly Tuition
Tuition is due on the 1st of each month throughout the dance season.
Refunds
&
Credits
Tuition is non-refundable. In certain circumstances, a credit may be applied to your account at the discretion of The Converge Dance Academy.
Declined Payments
If an automatic payment is declined, families will be notified and asked to update their payment method promptly. Late fees will still apply if the account remains unpaid beyond the grace period.
