Our tuition is designed to be simple, transparent, and based on the classes and programs that best fit each dancer's goals. Whether you're joining us for one class a week or participating in one of our performing companies, we're committed to providing exceptional dance education and meaningful experiences throughout the season.

Company Tuition
Company tuition is structured as a flat monthly payment throughout the season, making it easy for families to budget each month. This tuition includes company rehearsals, discounted required technique classes, and applicable company fees, then is divided into equal monthly payments over the course of the season.

Payment Information
Automatic Payments
All accounts are required to be enrolled in AutoPay. Monthly tuition will be automatically processed through the Studio Portal using the payment method on file.
Late Payments
If tuition has not been paid within 3 days of the due date, a $25 late fee will be added to the account. An additional $25 late fee will be added every 7 days thereafter until the outstanding balance has been paid in full.
Costume Rentals
Costume rental fees are due by November 1. Families are welcome to pay these fees at any time prior to the deadline. If you would like to make an early payment or arrange your payment schedule, please contact us.
Monthly Tuition
Tuition is due on the 1st of each month throughout the dance season.
Refunds
&
Credits
Tuition is non-refundable. In certain circumstances, a credit may be applied to your account at the discretion of The Converge Dance Academy.
Declined Payments
If an automatic payment is declined, families will be notified and asked to update their payment method promptly. Late fees will still apply if the account remains unpaid beyond the grace period.
